PRODUCT RETURNS:

Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please note a 10% restocking and payment processing fee will be charged for all orders that are cancelled.  Shipping charges will not be refunded once order is placed. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments.

Due to the hand made, fresh nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the freshness and potency of our products. However, we want you to love your products as much as we do, so if you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us as soon as possible and we will find an agreeable solution.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and staff, the following policies are honored:

​

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. 

 

No-Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Cancellations
Late cancellations will be considered a "no-show". Exceptions will only be made in extraordinary circumstances. 

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.

Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to our staff and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Refunds & Rescheduling

Service appointments are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered if the circumstances are an act of God (events that cannot be prevented by reasonable foresight or care) or in cases of terminal health conditions. Proof of the aforementioned will have to be submitted.

We are committed and devoted to your healing and transformation! If you've scheduled and paid for an appointment up front  but are unable to keep your commitment, your payment will be kept on file. We will honor this payment for any future appointments within one year of the original scheduled appointment. 

 

 

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Reiki classes are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered if the circumstances are an act of God (events that cannot be prevented by reasonable foresight or care) or in cases of terminal health conditions. Proof of the aforementioned will have to be submitted.

Class Roll-Over

We are very flexible! If something comes up and you cannot attend the scheduled group class that you signed up for, you can roll over into the next class or we can schedule a private class via Zoom or in person at our Brooklyn, NY location.
