Reiki
Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) is an energy healing technique that restores physical and emotional well-being. It promotes deep relaxation, compassion, and harmony, which activates our own innate self-healing capabilities. If one's life force energy is low then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, when it is high we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is typically received lying down on a healing table or sitting in a chair, fully clothed except for shoes.
